Leading all activity in the program in order to meet its goals and achieve satisfied customer status. Identification and leadership of new business opportunities within the framework of the program

Job Responsabilities

Responsible for managing all activities within the framework of the project's work plan, including matrix management of employees and managers in the various disciplines in programs that meet the following criteria: 1. A development-intensive program or a program with a high level of technical complexity. 2. Contract scope or apparent potential of at least $30 million. 3. High risk or sensitivity. May employ up to two program managers/technical directors . Responsible for achieving program milestones on time and within the budget agreed upon with the client. Responsible for maintaining regular, direct, high-quality and close contact with customers on any matter relating to the program (POC). Responsible for developing new opportunities in his sector, leading significant campaigns and marketing additional capabilities of the company. Responsible for the performance of subordinate program managers, if any. . Responsible for compliance with the financial indicators of the program including making sales, profit and loss, payments
