Elbit C4I & Cyber division in Natanya is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Manager to lead the various aspects of procurement in multi-domain programs from the early sourcing stage and until the delivery
Job Description
Manage the entire procurement process of systems and subsystems, in various projects, of major subcontractors to enable meeting program goals and creation of commercial advantages – including sourcing, contract negotiation, budget management, and supplier management
Work together with the project teams to support proposals to customers, preparation of SOW, sourcing of new suppliers and products, and commercial negotiation
Manage the daily work with the different suppliers in order to ensure meeting the program's schedule and other goals
Create and manage relationships with various suppliers, and ensuring that the procurement related risks (cost, quality, availability) are controlled and mitigated
Requirements
University Degree in Engineering/ Industrial Engineering/ Law/ other relevant field
MBA – an advantage
Over 8 years of commercial experience, managing negotiations in complex transactions of FTK solutions, with good understanding of both the commercial and operations aspects
Expertise in procurement of high worth technological systems and solutions (SOW based)
Legal background and Broad knowledge in drafting contracts and SOW in large scale projects – significant advantage
Strong project management skills and ability to manage outsourcing of products, based on a turn-key solution
Strong verbal and written communication (Correspondence and drafting of Agreements) in English and Hebrew- Other languages a plus
Experience & knowhow in electromechanical systems and one or more of the following key areas: IT, Vehicle Installations, Electronic systems
