Leading our unique and diverse R&D teams – Algorithms / Cyber Security and Cryptography / Embedded Software / DSP / FPGA / Digital HW / Mechanics / RF and Mixed Signals / Firmware / AI – developing our next generation radio technology and products

Transition from R&D to production, leading our production engineering teams and operational processes

Working with business program managers, handling together customers home and abroad

 

 

B.Sc. is mandatory, M.Sc. / MBA optional

Experience in development or in leading R&D teams

Comprehensive and systemic project view

Ability to manage multiple tasks while working with multiple interfaces simultaneously.

Preferably with background in signal processing, wireless communication, or communication networks
