System Engineer - Radar simulations & EW

We are seeking a highly skilled System Engineer to join our team at the Holon site. In this exciting role, you will lead the development of an innovative and unique product in the field of electronic warfare. As a System Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in designing, planning, integrating, and implementing advanced systems and products. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, write system specifications, and lead hardware/software design

Lead the development of an innovative product in the world of electronic warfare

Coordinate, plan, integrate, and implement development projects for the company’s systems and products

Write system specifications, plan assemblies and system components, and lead the implementation of your design and testing

Initiate and control hardware/software implementation, and plan and conduct experiments to validate product performance

Write algorithms using a MATLAB-based simulation tool

Define and manage interfaces with software and firmware

Lead the integration and inclusion of the final product, ensuring it meets all requirements and standards

Academic education in engineering or exact sciences

At least 5 years of experience as a development engineer or engineer in the radar field

In-depth knowledge of radar processing algorithms

Understanding of RF circuits—an advantage

Familiarity with active electronic warfare systems and the algorithm of electronic warfare systems operation—an advantage

Understanding of firmware and software processes—an advantage

Experience in presenting and transporting products in front of customers

Experience working in multidisciplinary teams

Strong MATLAB programming skills, with the ability to code, write, and simulate

Ability to work independently and lead development teams

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients
