At Flying-Production, we are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Real-Time Embedded Team Lead to join our cutting-edge autopilot and sub systems development team
You will play a key role in designing and building advanced flight controllers and mission computers—working with technologies like AI, computer vision, flight control and more. If solving intricate problems, pushing the limits of embedded systems, and exploring the exciting world of drones excites you, this is your opportunity!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a talented team of embedded developers, driving excellence and collaboration
Architect and develop real-time embedded systems for next-generation autonomous drones
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and computer vision into our custom mission computers
Ensure top-quality, efficient, and reliable embedded software solutions for our flight systems

 

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science
Minimum 5 years of experience with C++
At least 3 years of embedded software development for microcontrollers.
Experience with Linux-based development
Familiarity with ROS1/2
Experience developing on Linux 
Python experience 

General experience with drones is a significant advantage!
