We are looking for an experienced Operations Research and System Analysis professional to join our team
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematical modeling, software development, simulation, optimization and GIS development, as well as knowledge and experience in modeling and evaluating military technologies The successful candidate will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement solutions in the system level, by evaluating the performance and improving the efficiency of cutting-edge defense systems

:Responsibilities


Apply operations research techniques to analyze and optimize systems performance
Develop mathematical models and simulation tools to support performance evaluation and decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and system design goals
Develop and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholdersContinuously monitor and evaluate systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction


:Requirements


A master's degree in Operations Research, Engineering,Mathematics,Statistics, or a related field
At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Operations Research and System Analysis. Experience in military Research is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience applying mathematical modeling, optimization, and simulation techniques to real-world problems
 Proficiency in at least one programming language (such as Python, R, or MATLAB), as well as experience using optimization software (such as CPLEX or AMPL)
 Experience in GIS development, with proficiency in GIS software (such as ArcGIS or QGIS) and experience developing and implementing GIS applications
Strong knowledge of database design and data management, with experience using relational databases (such as MySQL or PostgreSQL)
Familiarity with machine learning techniques and data analytics tools (such as TensorFlow or Scikit-learn) is a plus
 Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a team environment
