Navigation warfare Project Manager

Be part of the team that defines and leads the next electronic warfare system architecture of the Elbit Systems EW and SIGINT - Elisra in the naval domain

 We are looking for Navigation warfare Project Manager

The role involves leading projects in the field of navigation warfare within naval and intelligence aircraft systems

This encompasses complete project management with clients, internal management across all company divisions (operations, microwave support, finance, etc.), subcontractor management, and participation in all project processes, including leading trials and demonstrations

The position is located at the company site in Holon

:Requirements

Academic background in Electrical/Electronic Engineering

Preferred 2 years of experience in project management

Understanding and familiarity with naval and navigation systems – an advantage

Ability to manage technological teams in development, engineering, and Operations within a matrix organization

High proficiency in English writing

Teamwork, and working under pressure

Support for international travel and client visits
