GSS (Global Subsidiaries Security) Director
Main role function (from functional stand point)
Deeply learn and explore the necessary adjustments of Corporate’s cyber security policy to each and every subsidiary
Working tightly with Cyber architectures, to define and implement practical solutions that may bridge identified security gaps (from Corporate’s viewpoint) and may meet subsidiary culture and specific constrains
Being a single focal point for any security enhancement, improvement or breach, that is related, or may be related, to each and every subsidiary. Also, serves as a corporate cyber security representative, in front of each and every subsidiary’s security officer. Managerial capabilities (not in any preferred order)
Ability to design, track and prioritize a short term and long-term work plan, objectives, and budget
Being able to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, under routine and pressure seasons
Identify and optimize human capital power and capabilities; Develops team power by a continues mentoring and train. Required experience
Above 5 years on experience in the field of cyber security, preferably in infrastructure and applications areas. Advantage shall be considered for candidates with a global international experience
Above 3 years of experience in leading of medium size groups (>5 members).
Above 3 years of experience in working under the umbrella of large-scale companies, preferably international ones. Advantage shall be considered for candidates with an extra experience in working in governmental bodies
Proven experience in adopting, adjusting and implementing of standard (“off-the-shelf”) and unique cyber security solution
