As a Cloud Architect at Elbit Systems, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing cloud environments to support our innovative solutions

You will leverage your deep knowledge of AWS and Azure to create scalable, secure, and efficient cloud infrastructures

This role requires strong expertise in cloud security to ensure our systems are protected against emerging threats

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement cloud architectures on AWS and Azure to support various applications and services
Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
Ensure robust security measures are in place across all cloud environments
Collaborate with development teams to optimize applications for cloud deployment
Monitor cloud performance, identify potential issues, and implement solutions
Provide guidance and best practices for cloud adoption and migration projects
Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Prerequisites:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud architecture, with a strong focus on AWS and Azure
Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent certifications
Expertise in AWS and Azure cloud platforms
Strong understanding of cloud security principles and practices.
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of network security, identity management, and access control.
Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash
