A Data Scientist supporting vision, autonomy, natural language processing (NLP), business intelligence (BI), and cybersecurity applications plays a pivotal role in creating innovative, data-driven solutions. This multidisciplinary role involves leveraging expertise in machine learning, computer vision, NLP, advanced analytics, and cybersecurity to enable applications such as autonomous systems, intelligent chat interfaces, enterprise BI, and predictive cybersecurity solutions. The role is focused on enhancing automation, providing actionable insights, and fortifying systems against security threats

 

Key Responsibilities:
Algorithm Development: Create and refine algorithms for sensor fusion, mapping, localization, trajectory prediction, and real-time cybersecurity threat detection
Automate BI tools, dashboards, and reports for key business insights and cybersecurity metrics
Evaluation and Testing: Design and conduct rigorous testing protocols for vision, NLP, BI, and cybersecurity models in simulated and real-world environments
Deployment and Integration: Deploy machine learning, vision, NLP, BI, and cybersecurity algorithms on edge devices, cloud platforms, or enterprise systems
Optimize models and pipelines for efficiency and scalability in resource-constrained environments
Cybersecurity Solutions: Analyze historical and real-time security data to identify patterns and potential vulnerabilities. Develop tools for automated threat detection, response prioritization, and root cause analysis. Visualize and report cybersecurity trends, risks, and mitigation outcomes to stakeholders
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with robotics engineers, software developers, cybersecurity analysts, and BI specialists to align solutions with project and
organizational goals. Communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
 
 
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Robotics, or a related field
Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C++, or Java
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikitlearn
Deep understanding of computer vision techniques (e.g., OpenCV, YOLO, Mask R-CNN)
and libraries for NLP (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, NLTK)
Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for analytics and reporting
Expertise in cybersecurity tools and techniques, including intrusion detection systems
(IDS), SIEMs, and log analysis frameworks
Strong skills in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data pipeline development
