Program Manager

Elsec, a subsidiary of Elbit Systems and a key player in Israel’s defense high-tech industry, is looking for a Program Manager for its Sderot site

Role Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a multidisciplinary development project at the forefront of defense technologies

Drive innovation and integrate advanced technological capabilities into company systems

Provide operational insight into electro-optics and develop solutions tailored to mission needs

Build and strengthen business relationships

Oversee system delivery to customers and support throughout the entire project lifecycle

Requirements:

Relevant Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred)

Master’s degree – strong advantage

Proven experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects

At least 5 years of managerial experience

Strong leadership skills, ability to set and achieve goals

Business acumen and marketing capabilities

Experience managing cross-organizational interfaces

Ability to work in a matrix environment with excellent interpersonal skills

Familiarity with electro-optics – advantage

Familiarity/experience in intelligence and reconnaissance domains – advantage

High-level English proficiency
