Customer Service Manager
We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead customer service operations at Elsec, Sderot. This role is pivotal in driving business objectives while enhancing the end-to-end customer experience through effective maintenance performance
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage customer service activities, ensuring alignment with business goals
Oversee RMA requests and maintain strong interfaces with customers
Collaborate with operations teams on maintenance work plans, including coordination with engineering and quality departments
Drive internal and customer-facing improvement processes
Manage relationships with subcontractors for repairs, ensuring compliance with output, cost, and quality targets
Promote continuous improvement in customer service standards
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Excellent command of English
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work under pressure and manage complex situations
Outstanding interpersonal skills and influence capabilities
Initiative, creativity, and systemic thinking
Proficiency in MS Office and LN systems
