System Engineer – R&D Team, Elbit Systems, Raanana
Elbit Systems Ltd. is seeking a System Engineer to join our innovative R&D team.
This role combines technical expertise, system-level thinking, and ownership of product requirements to deliver impactful solutions for global clients.
The product utilizes advanced big data technologies and innovative AI features to address diverse customer requirements.
What You’ll Do
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to define and prioritize user stories, epics, and product requirements.
• Own the product backlog and drive cross-functional alignment between development, QA, and product management.
• Lead the solution definition process, focusing on scalability and reusability across multiple projects.
• Act as the voice of the customer in ensuring product designs align with user needs and technical feasibility.
• Support QA teams in defining and testing edge cases and complex scenarios.
• Continuously identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement, shaping the future of our product line.
What We’re Looking For
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in System Engineering or Technical Product Ownership.
• Proven ability to write clear, actionable user stories and manage requirements in an Agile environment.
• Strong collaboration and facilitation skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A strategic thinker who can balance immediate project needs with long-term product goals.
• Experience driving product readiness activities, such as training, documentation, and release planning.
