We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development manager to lead strategic initiatives and expand our market presence in the cyber defense solutions domain
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, business development, solutions design and client relationship management
This role involves tailoring innovative cyber defense solutions to meet customer-specific needs through incorporation of Elbit product line with strategic partnerships and alliances
 

 

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, Tailor and customize cyber defense solutions to align with client-specific requirements and industry regulations
Identify emerging market opportunities and adapt strategies to address evolving cybersecurity trends and threats
Collaborate with and Guide the company’s sales team to secure new business  opportunities in the cyber defense domai
Collaborate with technical teams to design and present comprehensive cybersecurity solutions that fit customer needs and budget
Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to secure high-value contracts with enterprise clients
Lead cross-functional teams to streamline the sales cycle and optimize client engagement processes
Lead proposals' technical and commercial aspects to ensure alignment with customer needs and organizational goals
Conduct market research and analysis to anticipate customer needs and stay ahead of industry developments
Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutual benefit and compliance with organizational policies
 

 

Required Qualifications:
Proven track record in business development within the cybersecurity sector
Strong understanding of cyber defense solutions, including SIEM, endpoint and network protection, threat intelligence and more
Experience in working with government, military, critical infrastructure organizations 
Exceptional ability to build and maintain client relationships, with experience engaging at the executive level
Demonstrated success in identifying market opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions clearly
Experience in contract negotiation and managing multi-million-dollar deals
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
Job requires frequent travel abroad (25%)
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or equivalent are a plus
