Systems Engineering Student - Avionics and UAV Systems Division

We are looking for a Systems Engineering Student to join our Avionics and UAV Systems Division, which is part of the Land Systems Directorate

The job is located in Rehovot

The Avionics and UAV Systems Division develops and delivers cutting-edge optronic warfare systems for airborne platforms and unmanned systems
Our systems are operational and deployed across a variety of tactical aircraft, UAVs, and battlefield environments
The Systems Engineering Student will join our team, contributing to the development, testing, and integration of advanced solutions

Responsibilities

Assist in the development, testing, and integration of advanced optronic warfare systems
Receive and execute engineering tasks under the guidance of senior systems engineers
Collaborate with hardware, software, and algorithm development teams
Participate in lab and field testing and experimentation
Analyze results and prepare technical documentation

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's student in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Electro-Optics, Systems Engineering or a relevant field
At least 1.5 years of academic studies remaining
Basic understanding of electro-optics and lasers from military service or previous employment
Teamwork skills, accountability, and excellent interpersonal skills
High motivation for learning and professional development in a technological environment
Ability to work in a multi-tasking and high-pressure environment
Creative problem-solving and analytical thinking
