We are looking for a Strategic Procurement Contracts Manager to join our Strategic Procurement Department

The position is located in Rehovot

The role includes leading complex procurement and contractual processes, managing strategic suppliers, conducting high‑volume commercial negotiations, and collaborating with senior stakeholders across the organization. The job also includes occasional international travel

Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end procurement processes for complex, high‑value contracts
Conduct commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers, including handling complex agreements
Manage strategic suppliers and drive long‑term supplier relationships
Coordinate and collaborate with senior managers, corporate headquarters, and multiple functions across the company
Issue purchase orders and monitor supplier performance
Lead contractual discussions and review legal/contractual documents (T&C’s, SOW, and related materials)
Work in a multi‑interface matrix environment

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Law — must
MBA — an advantage
Legal background or degree in Law — advantage
At least 5 years of experience in strategic procurement
Hands‑on experience in commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers
Experience working with ERP systems — advantage
Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial and legal agreements — advantage
Experience in supplier management — advantage
High interpersonal skills, service orientation, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to work across matrix organizations and multiple stakeholders
High level of English
Willingness to travel abroad
