Space Cameras System Engineer

We are looking for a system engineer to join ISTAR & EW Division

Space system engineering group in Elbit systems focuses on development of remote sensing systems from space

Responsibilities

Defining System Requirements, Requirements management
Writing system specifications and subsystem specifications
Leading development design reviews
Collaborating with engineering groups inside the organization to define optimal solutions
Coordinating with space business unit
Leading integration and testing processes
Writing test plans for subunits, conducting tests, analyzing results, and producing test reports
Providing technical responses to tenders and technical support for marketing activities

Requirements

BSc in Electro optics engineering \ physics \ electrical engineering - Mandatory
MSc - Advantage
At least 5 years of experience in system engineering or development of complex multidisciplinary systems – Mandatory
Experience in leading system engineering processes inside the organization – Mandatory
Experience in the development and integration of electro-optical systems – Advantage
Familiarity with the development of space systems – Advantage
Experience with Matlab / Python/ LabVIEW for developing tools and conducting system engineering analyses - Mandatory
