ILS Program Manager

As the ILS Programs Manager, you'll be instrumental in delivering top-tier service and technical support to our global clients, ensuring they receive the best maintenance solutions and technical expertise. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge electro-optical systems and contribute to the success of large-scale, high-impact programs
As part of the role:
Plan and manage service contracts for clients in Israel and abroad, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction
Develop and implement ILS packages, including spare parts supply and repair services, for new programs
Oversee maintenance processes ensuring operational efficiency and timely delivery
Plan and manage spare parts supply to meet customer needs and program requirements
Regularly respond to tenders and submit price offers, ensuring competitive and accurate proposals
Lead maintenance knowledge transfer processes for clients, empowering them with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed
Requirements:
A relevant bachelor's degree (master's degree is a plus)
Proven experience in ILS (Integrated Logistics Support) for military or ground-based systems
At least two years of experience in managing maintenance or project management systems in similar sectors
Proven management experience, with a track record of leading teams and subcontractors effectively
Technical background in maintenance and logistics for terrestrial electro-optical systems—an advantage
Strong business acumen and the ability to manage customer negotiations and interface professionally
Proficiency in ERP systems for program and resource management
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to draft and edit documents and presentations
Proven ability to motivate teams in a matrix environment, fostering a positive work culture
High-level English proficiency
