ILS Manager

We are looking for an ILS Manager to join our DIRCM Business Unit, which is part of the ISTAR & EW Division

The job is located in Rehovot

The DIRCM Business Unit is a world leader in developing and producing state-of-the-art Aircraft Laser Protection systems
Our systems are operational and installed on hundreds of platforms, including helicopters, tankers, airlifters, VIP jets and commercial airliners

The ILS Manager will join our successful team, supporting the growth of our business by managing Integrated Logistics Support activities across multiple projects

Responsibilities

Lead and manage ILS proposals and programs for DIRCM systems
Write and maintain ILS documentation for projects
Initiate, implement, and monitor procurement processes for ILS products, both internally and with subcontractors
Coordinate and manage maintenance policies, support products, and infrastructure tools used for system sustainment
Prepare price quotations and calculate spare parts requirements for proposals
Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of ILS components

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Management – advantage
Proven experience in matrix management of projects with customers in Israel and abroad – must
Experience in managing maintenance/ILS programs – must
Experience working with subcontractors – must
Command roles in the technical division of the Israeli Air Force (field and HQ) – advantage
Familiarity with ERP systems – advantage
Strong communication and documentation skills
High level of English
Ability to work independently and manage multiple interfaces
