We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Head-Up-Displays Business Unit, which is part of the ISTAR & EW Division
The HUD Business Unit is a world leader in in developing and producing state-of-the art Aircraft Head-Up-Display systems
Our systems are operational and installed on thousands of platforms, of leading global OEMs
The job is located in Rehovot
Program Managers in Elbit are the key figures managing all strategic customer contracts
All contracts and customer obligations are allotted to Program managers who are the backbone of all Elbit contractual obligations
The recruited Program Manager will join our successful team, leading the promising growth of our business
Responsibilities
Full ownership of multi-million $ customer programs
End to end management all facets of the program, from contract signing, through development, manufacturing, supply, troubleshooting and support
Build and control the program work plan, resources, and budget
Act as the focal point to the customer, including on-going communications, meetings, updates, and joint teamwork
Multi-interface matrix management in the fields of development, production, procurement and more
Identifying and initiating business opportunities and developing relationships with the customers
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in management/engineering/Exact Sciences from a Relevant Field
At least 5 years of experience in managing and leading complex projects/processes
High interpersonal skills and the ability to impact and motivate in a matrix organizational structure
Technological affinity and ability to work in a tech-oriented environment
Presentation skills and experience to deliver clear messaging to an audience
Ability to lead business development and marketing processes with overseas customers
High level of English (spoken and written)
Willingness to travel abroad
