As part of our cutting-edge R&D team, you’ll lead the design and development of advanced imaging and sensor systems that push the boundaries of technology and deliver real-world impact

What You’ll Do

Define and lead sensor architectures and system requirements for next-generation EO systems
Provide end-to-end project throughout its lifecycle—from concept/requirement stage, through all design reviews (SRR, SDR, PDR, CDR, PRR), to prototype delivery and transition to production
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (optics, mechanics, electronics, SW/FW, control) to solve complex technical challenges
Work in an agile, dynamic environment that values creativity and technical rigor

What We’re Looking For

BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering, Electro-Optics, or Physics
3+ years of experience in development, design, and integration of multi-disciplinary electro-optical/sensor systems
Knowledge and experience in detectors and day/night observation cameras – an advantage
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MATLAB/Python, and image/signal processing tools
Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and lead multidisciplinary development teams in a matrix structure
