What You’ll Do

Define and lead sensor architectures and system requirements for next-generation EO systems
Drive design reviews (SRR, SDR, PDR, CDR, PRR) and ensure excellence in execution
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (optics, electronics, mechanics, SW/HW) to solve complex technical challenges
Integrate innovative EO sensors into groundbreaking projects with global impact
Work in an agile, dynamic environment that values creativity and technical rigor

What We’re Looking For

BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering, Electro-Optics, or Physics 
3+ years of experience in EO systems development and integration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation
Proficiency in MATLAB/Python and image/signal processing tools
Excellent communication skills for presenting solutions and leading cross-functional teams
