Strategic Programs and Subcontractors Manager
We are looking for a driven and experienced Programs and Subcontractors Manager to lead the execution of complex, large-scale subcontracted programs.

Key Responsibilities
Subcontractor Oversight: Manage subcontractor performance, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
Project Coordination: Validate and track subcontractor plans, ensuring seamless integration with internal teams and program milestones.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication across departments and subcontractors to maintain project cohesion.
Quality & Compliance: Enforce quality standards and conduct regular reviews to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.
Budget & Cost Control: Monitor expenditures, approve invoices, and ensure financial adherence to contracts.
Risk Management: Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and independently resolve issues to maintain project momentum.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, generate progress reports, and track contractual obligations.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison for key subcontractors and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Logistics, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale projects.
Strong track record in subcontractor selection, negotiation, and performance management
Excellent English communication skills
Fluent in Russian (written and spoken)
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with domestic and international defense supplier markets – advantage.
Adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrives in dynamic environments.
