We’re looking for a Proposal Engineer to join our business development team, responsible for crafting technical responses to RFPs, designing customer-focused solutions, and supporting sales with deep technical
insight—working closely with engineering, product, and marketing to deliver winning proposals that reflect our technological edge.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Proposal Writing: Lead the creation of technical responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with customer requirements.
Solution Design: Analyze customer needs and design integrated C4I solutions that combine software, hardware, sensors, and secure communication systems.
Sales Support: Provide technical expertise during customer engagements, presentations, and demonstrations. Translate complex technologies into clear value propositions.
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure proposals meet all technical and regulatory requirements. Maintain up-to-date documentation and templates for future use.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to gather inputs and refine solution offerings.
Market & Technology Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to enhance proposal competitiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is an advantage.
Proven experience in presales, technical proposal writing, or systems engineering within the defense or C4I domain.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
Strong understanding of multidisciplinary systems including software, hardware, sensors, and communication protocols.
Experience with proposal tools, requirement analysis, and bid management processes.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
