Experienced Program Manager for India
Elbit C4I division Natanya is looking for experienced Program Manager and Business Developer to assist and lead multimillion$ programs in communication and tactical networks domain. The program manager will focus on India as a primary market leading existing programs from presale stages of RFP/I submission, customer trials, delivery and post-sale as well as ongoing support to the partner and customer. The program manager will also participate business development with our partners and customers to help bring new business and expanding existing programs.  
Job Description:
•    End-to-end/100% program ownership from presales, RFP stages to delivery management, collection and post-sale activities 
•    Leverage strong business orientation and the ability to identify relevant business opportunities, lift-up potential customers from existing database and trigger new business opportunities
•    Develop deep technical knowledge and master C4I division solutions and technologies for customer presentations and pre/post activities 
•    Operate and orchestrate the program in a complex matrix of multi-interface global organization including engineering, logistics, procurement, subcontractors etc.…
•    Monitor engineering (HW/SW dev.) teams responsible for the program delivery 
•    Manage various processes – Bid/No-Bid, negotiation, contract sign off, internal program kickoff, logistics, export control, products delivery and implementation including operational validation activities
•    Strict and precise P&L management – time and material
Job Requirements:
•    B.A/B.S.c. in relevant technological domain such as SW development, business – a must
•    B.Sc. engineering/management - an advantage
•    At least 5 years of experience with management of technical complex programs/projects 
•    Strong analytics skills and experience with generating/presenting technical document and presentations 
•    Excellent interpersonal communication and soft skills - ability to motivate and manage people in a multi dimension matrix based organization 
•    Excellent English - read/write/talk and present 
•    Frequent travels abroad (up to 50%) 
•    Proven track record in sales, marketing, account management and business development
•    Relevant technological/operational military service – an advantage
