Production Engineer

We are looking for a Product Expert R&R / Production Engineer to work closely with R&D and manufacturing teams.

The role is responsible for the operational aspects of the product throughout its lifecycle, from NPI to mass production, including manufacturability, testing, integration, cost, training, and problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

Production line support during NPI and sustaining phases

First prototype assembly and debugging

Providing engineering feedback to development teams and performing process validations

Leading testing and integration activities (processes and technical skills)

Driving continuous improvement of company products

Knowledge transfer and training for manufacturing teams

Performing and implementing FAI and ATP

Preparation of production documentation and transfer to suppliers

Implementation of Lean Manufacturing activities

Analysis of failures and leading fault-reduction initiatives

Requirements

B.Sc. in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical / Industrial / Mechanical – advantage)

Experience in manufacturing, NPI, or production engineering – strong advantage

Hands-on experience with testing, integration, and debugging

Ability to work cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, and suppliers

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good English communication skills
