Technical Support Engineer
Main Responsibilities
Be customer-centric, building trust and providing value to clients
Act as a problem solver by taking ownership of technical issues and collaborating with team members to find solutions
Work with IT, hardware, and software to support company products
Assist in the installation, configuration, and deployment of Elbit Software
Participate in a dynamic, multi-tasking work environment
Expected Experience and Knowledge
Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-time product support for an international hi-tech company
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with software deployment and configuration
Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English
Willingness to travel occasionally


Advantages
Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Python) – Advantage
