We are looking for a highly motivated Team Leader to join our Robotics and Autonomy group. In this role, you will lead a team of talented developers while remaining hands-on with the design and development of cutting-edge robotic platforms. You will work across C++, Python, Linux, ROS, and DDS technologies to deliver high-performance, reliable software solutions for autonomous systems. 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of developers working on robotic and autonomy software components.

Stay hands-on: Design, develop, and optimize real-time and distributed systems using C++ and Python.

Build and deploy applications in Linux environments, including real-time and embedded systems.

Integrate robotic frameworks and middleware using ROS (Robot Operating System).

Implement high-performance communication using DDS (Data Distribution Service) technologies.

Develop, test, and debug algorithms for autonomy, sensor fusion, navigation, and control.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience developing in C++ in real-time, high-performance environments.

1+ years of experience with Python for development or scripting.

2+ years of proven experience as a Team Leader or Tech Lead, managing developers in a hands-on environment.

Strong background working with Linux, including shell scripting, system debugging, and performance tuning.

Practical experience with ROS (Robot Operating System) in robotics applications.

Familiarity with DDS technologies (e.g., Fast DDS, RTI Connext, OpenSplice) for distributed communication.

Solid understanding of robotic system integration: sensor fusion, control loops, and autonomous navigation.
