multidisciplinary systems from concept through design, bring-up, and transition to mass production. This is a key technical and managerial role

As part of the role
Lead and manage a team of digital hardware engineers, including professional mentoring, recruitment, and performance management
Guide design processes for advanced high-speed digital boards based on processors (SoC/CPU) and programmable devices (FPGA)
Implement and improve development methodologies, manage tasks and bugs using Jira, and enhance validation and testing processes
Lead bring-up activities in the lab, system integration, and HW/SW troubleshooting
Take ownership of design for manufacturability and testability (DFM/DFT), build production documentation, and support production and testing lines (ATE)
Work in close collaboration with system engineering, embedded software, mechanics, and RF teams to define system requirements and architecture
Requirements
B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from a recognized institution
M.Sc. in Engineering — advantage
At least 7 years of experience leading multidisciplinary digital hardware development teams
Hands-on experience in designing processor-based and programmable circuits (FPGA/CPLD), memories (DDR), and high-speed interfaces (PCIe, Ethernet, SerDes)
Proven experience leading a product from development to manufacturing (NPI), including DFM and compliance aspects
Proficiency in Jira for project and task management
Experience developing hardware/software/mechanical integrated systems
Familiarity with military standards MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810 — advantage
Experience with radio systems (SDR, Transceivers) and their integration with digital hardware — significant advantage
