Cloud Team Leader

We are looking for a talented and experienced Team Leader to join our group. This role is a mix of hands-on technical expertise and leadership. You will manage a skilled team and oversee projects involving cloud environments, on-premise  systems, and hybrid solutions

:Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of professionals, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and delivery of goals
Oversee and execute projects across cloud (AWS, Azure) and on-premise environments
Design, deploy, and maintain cloud-native and hybrid solutions
Collaborate with other teams to integrate cloud and on-premise environments, ensuring a seamless and secure operation

Prerequisites

Technical Skills

Proven experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms, including their core services, security, and architecture
Strong understanding of on-premise environments, including hybrid cloud solutions
Knowledge of networking, storage, virtualization, and system integration in on-premise and cloud setups

Leadership & Management

3+ years of experience in team leadership, including mentoring, performance evaluation, and fostering collaboration
Solid background in project management, including methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and tools
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications in AWS (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect) or Azure (e.g., Azure Administrator, Architect)
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools
Experience with implementing and managing security policies in hybrid environments
