C4I & Cyber Division – Network Warfare Business Line: Business Development Manager

Command & Control, Digitalization, and Border Protection Solutions

 

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to enhance our international business within the defense and technology domains: Command & Control, Digitalization, and Border Protection Solutions. The role involves, delivering tailored solutions that meet operational and budgetary requirements, identifying new business opportunities, defining marketing campaigns, and developing customer relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Pursue Business development efforts with international clients across C4I, military digitization, and border protection systems

Develop creative and customized solutions in line with customer operational and financial needs & capabilities

Conduct market analysis and formulate strategic recommendations based on global defense and technology trends

Lead business proposal processes

Define focused marketing and business development campaigns to promote company solutions and expand into new market shares

Identify and lead business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and shape innovative solutions for targeted markets

Collaborate with senior management, engineering, marketing, procurement, finance, and other internal and external stakeholders

Operate within a dynamic, challenging matrix environment, managing multiple interfaces across customers, partners, and suppliers

 

Requirements:

 

Bachelor’s degree - mandatory (Engineering - advantage)

Master's degree in business administration (MBA) - advantage

Relevant military background (experience in military C4I systems, communications or ICT - advantage)

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in international business development (preferably with defense sector clients abroad)

Experience working in a matrix organization

Project management experience (large-scale and complex programs - advantage)

Product management experience - advantage

Skills and Competencies:

Highly creative and strong analytical and critical thinking abilities

Strong business orientation, Financial & Technological literacy

Broad knowledge of defense and military ecosystems, needs, trends and culture

Excellent presentation skills and the ability to convey complex systems and abstract concepts clearly

Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build and maintain client relationships

Willingness to travel abroad and work in a demanding environment

Fluency in English - written and spoken

Additional languages - an advantage
