Elbit in Netanya is recruiting a Team Leader to manage and lead the communication andmultimedia team in the Communication and Cyber Divisio

The team consists of 6 employees across all division sites

:Responsibilities

Leading improvement and efficiency programs in the fields of communication and multimedia, including communication hubs, meeting rooms, and operations rooms
Leading and being responsible for the multimedia standards in the division, including work meetings with suppliers, customers, and manufacturers
Managing the inventory of communication equipment, including upgrades of nodes and communication hubs
Managing projects and ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets

:Job Requirements

Education: Technician or Engineer in the fields of audio/video and/or data communication
Cisco CCNA certification
At least 5 years of experience in the field of communication and multimedia in a large organization (1000+ employees)
At least 3 years of experience in team management and leading multidisciplinary projects
Experience working with Logitech and Cisco room systems
Experience in configuring Cisco and Arista communication equipment
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Writing work instructions and performing routines and controls to meet team goals
