Your Mission

Lead system design and integration of full-stack defense solutions.
Translate operational needs into system requirements and scalable architecture.
Bridge engineering teams and operational stakeholders.
Manage backlog, prioritize features, and ensure high-quality delivery.
Define and run validation scenarios to optimize system performance.
Mentor and guide team members in a high-stakes environment.

Who You Are

B.Sc. in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent. M.Sc. is a plus.
3+ years of experience in systems engineering or product management.
Software development experience (Python, Java, JS) is an advantage.
Familiar with SW methodologies, HW design, sensor integration, and communication protocols.
Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
Excellent communicator and team influencer.
Comfortable in agile environments and sprint planning.
