:Key Responsibilities

Managing development processes and project lifecycle in Azure DEVOPS TFS environment

Defining, adapting, and implementing methodologies and development processes for software teams, systems engineering, integration, testing, and project management

Defining KPIs and designing Dashboards that integrate information from multiple systems

Defining requirements for developing tools in Azure DevOps

Providing guidance and consulting to various development teams: systems engineering, development disciplines, software managers, QA, project managers, and technical managers

Initiating and leading training, implementation, knowledge sharing, and knowledge management activities

Leading improvement activities and processes, with experience in implementing work methods and driving systemic changes

Managing subcontractors

Ensuring work is done according to quality standards and mandatory project requirements

:Requirements

Relevant B.Sc degree

At least 3 years of experience in Azure DevOps – TFS, including deep knowledge of all platform capabilities

At least 5 years of experience in development projects – advantage

In-depth knowledge of development methodologies and processes, including AGILE – advantage

System understanding with the ability to develop process solutions – advantage

Experience in defining requirements and system design – advantage

Familiarity with supporting tools such as tools for managing requirements, testing, and bugs

Experience in implementing work methods, development processes, and leading systemic changes – advantage

Excellent interpersonal communication and service-oriented attitude
