Naval Systems Engineer

We are looking for a System Engineer to join the Naval Systems Division

The team leads the development and integration of cutting-edge systems for upgrading naval platforms, including unmanned vessels and advanced marine sensors

The job is located in Haifa

Responsibilities

Lead the development and validation of complex systems (System of Systems) involving software and hardware, from solution definition to detailed design, integration, testing, and delivery
Define requirements for various system components and write specifications and design documents
Guide and oversee engineering teams (software, communication, electronics, etc.)
Lead complex integrations involving subsystems and payloads, while managing subcontractors

Requirements

Relevant engineering degree (mandatory)
Experience in developing or system engineering for multidisciplinary systems involving software and integration (mandatory)
Background in C4I software/system development (advantage)
Experience in marine systems development (advantage)
Familiarity with distributed system development (microservices, Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of Linux operating systems (advantage)
Relevant naval military background (advantage)
Strong learning abilities and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
Willingness to travel extensively abroad (mandatory)
