Cloud Integration Architect & Team Leader
Job Description
Responsible for leading a team, managing, and developing cloud-based Integration of over 60+ applications
The role includes planning, implementation, and support of integration processes across all organizational applications - cloud-based platforms, and cross-network interfaces
Leading cross-organizational technological projects, process improvement, and managing multiple professional interfaces
Responsebilies
Lead, plan, and execute integration between all organizational applications
Manage a team of developers, including professional development and mentoring
Matrix management of activities involving collaboration with various teams and stakeholders across the organization
Work with advanced integration infrastructures
Define, implement, and support integration and cross-system processes
Collaborate with development, IT, cybersecurity/information security teams, business units, and external vendors
Job Requirements
Proven experience as an Integration Architect or similar architectural role
At least 1 year of experience as team leader
Academic degree in Software Engineering / Information Systems / related field
At least 3 years of experience in system development using .Net and/or Java, and in system integration
Proven experience working with integration infrastructures (e.g., WebMethods, Oracle, Tibco, MuleSoft) – mandatory
Experience in developing, leading, and implementing integration processes between information systems, including combining On-Premises and cloud systems, cross-network and cloud solutions
Experience with document management systems (e.g., OpenText) – strong advantage
Experience in Web development – advantage
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Python, Java – advantage
Experience with DevOps methodologies and/or cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP) – advantage
Previous managerial experience – advantage
Ability to analyze systems, plan and implement complex integration solutions
High service orientation and ability to work with multiple interfaces
Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and high-level professionalism
