Senior System Engineer

Elbit system's Radar Business Unit is seeking an experienced System Engineer to lead innovative, multidisciplinary projects in the radar domain
The role includes full responsibility for the product or project across all phases—from definition and design reviews to delivery
The position involves matrix management of engineering teams, subcontractors, and maintaining technical communication with clients

:Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering – mandatory
Experience in software, firmware, hardware, or RF development – mandatory
High-level English proficiency – mandatory
Proven ability to lead innovative development processes involving AI and signal processing on GPU
Experience in writing system requirements for multidisciplinary systems that include: software, firmware, hardware, RF, power, antennas, and mechanics
Hands-on experience in integration of RF / Hardware / FPGA / Software / Algorithms
Execute performance analysis and simulations using MATLAB/Python – advantage
Experience in signal processing simulations – advantage
Experience in radar development – advantage
