IT Support Specialist
For the company’s site in Holon, we are looking for an IT Support Specialist
Role Responsibilities:
Handle complex IT support requests, integrating with division and headquarters teams, and providing service in special cases
Manage knowledge and deliver professional training at the service center, including writing training materials
Develop scripts for automating IT processes
Manage and execute IT/computing projects
Centrally manage organizational computers, including software installations, updates, operating systems, and monitoring hardware and software components
Implement Elbit IT policies within the division for personal computing and related projects
Requirements:
Computer Technician or Practical Engineer certification
At least 3 years of experience as an IT Technician / IT Support / Help Desk / System Support
Knowledge of operating systems
Familiarity with computer monitoring and management systems – an advantage
Knowledge of SQL – an advantage
High motivation, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently under pressure, manage multiple interfaces simultaneously, and strong service orientation
Ability and willingness to learn new topics and systems
Very good English proficiency
Team player with a proactive mindset
