Responsibilities

Developing Groundbreaking Tools: Designing advanced simulation tools based on scientific theory to evaluate the performance of cutting-edge systems
    Algorithms and Programming: Writing code and developing unique algorithms, primarily in MATLAB, to create simulation tools and analyze data
    Broad Professional Support: Collaborating closely with systems engineering, performance analysis, software teams, and clients
    Process Leadership: Planning and drafting requirement documents, systematically releasing software tools, and performing quality assurance tests
   Involvement in Innovative Projects: Participating in marketing support activities such as market research and idea generation, as well as involvement in lab research and system testing activities

Requirements

    Master’s degree (or higher) in engineering or exact sciences
    Background in fields like electro-optics, detectors, IR, lasers – an advantage
   Experience in developing simulations based on scientific theory – an advantage
  Advanced proficiency in MATLAB, including building user interfaces
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
   Creativity, logical thinking, and a systems-oriented mindset
   Excellent interpersonal skills and motivation to make an impact
