Automation Engineer

We are looking for a talented and experienced Automation Engineer to join our engineering team in the Defense Acoustic Applications Business Unit

This role involves comprehensive responsibility for leading software testing processes - developing, maintaining, and improving automation infrastructures to ensure high product quality, streamline workflows, and minimize production issues

The position is located in Holon

:Key Responsibilities

Develop test automation infrastructures and tools 
Create full test scenarios for manual and automated tests as part of ongoing and delivery testing processes
Implement automated test scenarios within CI/CD pipelines 
Work closely with development, DevOps, and QA teams 
Participate in the testing process and perform tests as needed 
Analyze test results, identify issues, and propose solutions 
Maintain and continuously improve automation code quality 
Integrate automated testing into continuous integration processes

:Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Exact Sciences, or another relevant field 
At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in automation development 
Strong programming skills in JavaScript / Python / Bash
Experience with API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar frameworks 
Familiarity with test management systems such as TestRail, Xray
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) – significant advantage 
Experience working in cloud environments (AWS) – strong advantage 
Proactive mindset, ability to work independently as well as collaboratively 
Creativity and strong problem‑solving skills
