Elbit C4I division is seeking an experienced program manager to lead multi-domain programs throughout all product life cycles and post-sale support at our Asia pacific site
Job Description
Managing long-term customer relationships, throughout their Elbit business journey, from presale stages onwards
Managing program (multi-projects) delivery, including: scope, timeline, budget, and quality KPIs, enabling delivery including operational validation activities
Managing multi-disciplinary interdepartmental interfaces (sales, product, R&D, customer support, finance, and more)
Leveraging in-depth technical knowledge of the solution to navigate the scope and ensure desired outcome is met on time
Managing overall program plan within a global environment and liaising between company divisions: product, R&D, QA, Integration, operations and support
Initiating and promoting up-sell opportunities
Management of third-party suppliers
דרישות המשרה
B.Sc. in engineering / management – an advantage
Strong experience with program management and system-of-system delivery
Experience in development of complex technical systems, delivery, logistics and budget
Experience generating, writing, and presenting technical documents and presentations
Strong interpersonal and soft skills
Ability to motivate and lead people in a multi-dimensional matrix-based organization
High level of proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English
Experience conducting business development and marketing processes abroad – an advantage
Military service, at minimum company/battery commander rank – an advantage
Relocation period – 3 years
